As a former ballerina, I’ve learned the importance of food being vital to fuel the body for rigorous training and to keep fit in a sustainable lifestyle.
Fitness has truly been my entire life, which is why I founded Body on Pointe. It is my passion and career to show people true fitness that takes care of your mind, body and soul.
So much of my approach to life and career are from experiences and life lessons from my childhood of Ballet. As a child submerged into the life of dance through the Draper Academy of Dance, I was taught early the importance of a balanced diet that kept my mind quick and body strong.
